Engaged in business development, operations and human resources as an officer of Freedom + Partners (formerly Freedom Interactive Design). Served as the technical lead of client-side development by providing leadership, guidance and consultation on all interactive initiatives. Developed groundbreaking and award-winning websites and rich internet applications for fortune 500 companies. Researched, evaluated and prototyped technologies implemented on large scale, cutting edge projects. Upgraded, managed and maintained version control of Freedom’s proprietary ActionScript 3.0 framework and project templates.

Developed groundbreaking and award-winning websites, applications and motion graphics for fortune 500 companies. Trained and managed a team of developers, implementing OOP best-practices including software design patterns and syntax conventions. Conceived, initiated and managed the development of Freedom’s proprietary ActionScript 2.0 framework which dramatically increased productivity and efficiency by eliminating redundancies within the project pipeline.

Developed the first-ever all-Flash e-commerce website for the luxury retailer Clyde’s Chemist. Speaker at Flash Forward NYC 2003 “From Login to Checkout” illustrating techniques for integrating Flash with .Net e-commerce, SQL Server and SSL. Contributed tutorials and technical articles to various online outlets regarding e-commerce and Flash technologies.
